 VINTAGE  
An intensely flavored Champagne,  displaying tropical fruit,   
berry and citrus aromas and flavors enmeshed in finely woven  
texture,  ending with an aftertaste of dried fruit.

BRUT ROSE  
Brut Rose is a seductive wine:  the assemblage,  which is   
formed around Pinot Noir,  is both spontaneous and balanced,  
emphasising fruity liveliness.  It is zestful, with great suppleness.  
The assemblage with red wine also gives it feminine, coppery shades.

Nedberg Cuvee Spark is a sparkling wine,  that can be drunk

FRENCH WHITE  
     
W38 BARON PHILIPPE BORDEAUX AILE D'ARGENT N 23100
  A fine,  luminous,  lustrous,  pale gold,  the wine has a refined  
  nose that opens on mineral,  oaky notes mingled with subtle  
  aromas of hyacinth and acacia blossom.  Round and smooth  
on the palate,  it displays touches of hazelnut and almond   
which combine with apricot flavours and the freshness of  
tropical fruit.  
   
W41 BARON PHILIPPE PAYS D'OC CHARDONNAY N 5300
Round and rich on the palate,  This wine shows distinction,   
body and a fine balance of flavours,  with suggestions of tropical  
fruit and the density of succulently ripe fruit.  
   
W42 BARON PHILIPPE PAYS D'OC VIOGNIER N 5300
This wine has an attractive,  deep straw colour with a copper-gold  
tint and a highly expressive nose on which the lovely,  fresh apricot   
combines with very delicate floral scents.  On the well-rounded and   
intensely aromatic palate,  notes of violet and lilac mingle with ripe,  
juice nectarine flavours.  A smooth,  savorous finish of density   
express the character of the highly aromatic Viognier grape.   
   
   
W43 BARON PHILIPPE MOUTON CADET BLANC N 4850
On the palate,  Mouton Cadet Blanc 2003 impresses from the  
outset with its roundness and heft,  typical of a hot weather  
vintage,  before developing a range of fruit flavours.

W44 NEDERBURG SAUVIGNON BLANC N 4850
Shows herbaceous varietal aromas and flavours complimented  
by gooseberry,  passion fruit and peach and ends in an elegantly    
dry finish.   
   
W45 NEDERBURG GRAND CRU N 4850
A blend of Chenin Blanc and Colombar brings together tropical  
flavours with crisp and flinty fruit.  
   
AUSTRALIAN WHITE  
   
W46 JACOBS CREEK CHARDONNAY N 4850
Peach melon fruit flavours with a tangy citrus component that   
gives the wine great finesse and length. The texture is soft and  
creamy and balanced by a fresh acid finish.
